Omegalyze advanced contains an ideal ratio of polyunsaturated omega-3 and
omega-6 fatty acids. These fats, also known as the essential fatty acids
(EFAs), help the body to maintain healthy levels of cholesterol, normal blood
pressure, and a healthy response to inflammation following workouts, as well
as optimize the body’s hormone levels and maximize the body’s muscle growth
and recovery.
