RECOMMENDED USE: Assess your tolerance by taking 1/2 scoop of DOUBLE TAP upon waking on an empty stomach. Once tolerance has been assessed mix (1) scoop with 4-6 ounces of water upon waking on an empty stomach. Do not exceed (1) per day.
