During the natto production process B. subtilis natto, a friendly bacteria, ferments boiled soybeans, releasing nattokinase. Best Nattokinase contains pure nattokinase enzyme with all Vitamin K removed.

Enzymes, like Nattokinase, are not measured in mg, but in an unassociated measure of units. Even if the enzyme had 1,000mg per cap but no activity, the enzyme would be worthless.
